These Terms govern your use of InvoiceRemind, operated by Ubique Technologies OÜ (registry code 17102934), Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. By using InvoiceRemind, you agree to these Terms.
InvoiceRemind is an automated payment reminder platform that helps freelancers, consultants, and agencies get paid faster by sending polite, scheduled reminders to their clients.
You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, be at least 18 years old, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: send reminders to people who do not owe you money, use the service for harassment or debt collection beyond legitimate invoices, upload client data without proper basis, violate anti-spam laws, or attempt to compromise the service.
When you enter client information, you act as data controller and we as data processor under GDPR. You must have a lawful basis to share client data with us. We process it solely to send reminders as configured by you. See our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period. No partial refunds.
InvoiceRemind is owned by Ubique Technologies OÜ. You retain ownership of all data you upload.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. InvoiceRemind is a reminder tool, not a debt collection service or legal instrument.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Data is handled per our Privacy Policy upon termination.
Governed by the laws of Estonia. EU consumers retain mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence. Disputes resolved in Tallinn courts, without prejudice to EU consumer rights.
